Acceptable Use Policy

You may not

Use Broctic, or the apps, posts and other content you make with it, to:

• Break the law, or help others do so, including privacy, consumer-protection, export and sanctions laws.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights — for example, cloning another company's app, brand or content without permission.
• Build apps that are malware, spyware, phishing or scams, or that collect personal data without clear notice and a lawful basis.
• Create or distribute content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, harasses people, or is hateful.
• Send spam or run deceptive marketing, including fake reviews, impersonation, or undisclosed paid promotion.
• Access, probe or disrupt the service, other customers' data, or our providers without authorization, or bypass rate limits and security controls.
• Use the service to mine cryptocurrency, run workloads unrelated to building your apps, or overload builds and AI generation.
• Resell, sublicense or share access to the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Share API keys or credentials that you are not authorized to use.

Platform rules still apply

Apps and posts you publish through Broctic must also follow the rules of the platform they go to, including Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines and the community guidelines of Instagram and TikTok.

Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been violated, we may remove content, pause builds or publishing, or suspend or close the account. Where appropriate we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
