Made to order
Every item is embroidered or printed when you order it by our production partner, Printful, and shipped from the Printful facility that makes it. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Product images are previews: thread and fabric colours can look slightly different in person.
Prices, payment and taxes
We sell the shop at cost: prices cover what it costs us to make, ship and take payment for each item, not a profit. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe when you check out; we never see your card details. Some items are made in the United States; if the carrier charges duties or taxes on delivery, they are your responsibility.
Shipping
Shipping is shown in your cart before you pay and covers what our production partner charges to send it. It usually arrives 5 to 12 business days after you order, longer at busy times or for remote addresses. We ship within Canada only, to every province and territory. We email a tracking link when your order ships.
Returns and problems
Because items are made for you, we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size, so please check the size before you order. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email hello@broctic.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund it. If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us and we’ll sort it out with the carrier.
Cancellations
Email hello@broctic.com as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order that hasn’t gone into production yet.
Everything else
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. Otherwise our Website Terms apply, including the governing law.
